This is my journal. Everything written in it has been written only for myself, as I try to work through overcoming depression and anxiety and dealing with my disability (ceberal palsy) while trying to be a normal teenager and graduate high school with good grades. It's a struggle, and some days are better than others.

Chances are, if you're reading this, you're one of my friends. I made this journal public because I want to include you, my friend, in dealing with this. I want to be open, and as honest as I have the guts to be. It's an important part of getting through this, I think.
